TATA Harrier is a beautiful beast which possess a powerful engine, a strong chassis and is spacious enough to have a huge storage. It's the beautiful SUV that would make you turn back to see it one more.
My experience with TATA Harrier has been nothing short of incredible. I have drove about 25,000kms so far in 2.5 years and all the trips that I have done have been made joyous by Harrier.
The manual model with AC gives me ~15-16km/lt on an average which is pretty reasonable. On a busy road, with 6 passengers and AC at max level, the average gets reduced to ~9km/lt but consider that you are getting bang for your money. With 6Pax and AC at 1 level on highway can still give you ~14-16km/lt.
The driving experience is uber comfortable and you don't get tired even in 5 hours of continuous driving. With brief breaks, you can do 12 hours of driving without feeling much of fatigue.
Brakes are very responsive as in one instance I was driving in dark patch as the one way road didn't have any street lights. Suddenly a person came running from the other side trying to cross the road. The high beam of the vehicles coming from the opposite side complicated the things further. Thanks to Harrier's responsive brakes, I could apply brakes smoothly which reduced the speed instantly without getting skid or losing control. Indeed a life saver for daily commuters.
